Roughly 20 minutes by road. The airport is the main gateway for international delegations, with dedicated arrivals support during the event.

Al Haramain Road

On-site parking with marked drop-off points at the main entrance. Ride-hailing pickup is signposted from the east concourse.

Haramain High Speed

Jeddah station connects Makkah and Madinah in under an hour, with taxis and shuttles running to the venue.

Registering issues your e-badge on the spot. Walk-ups are possible, but the queue is not.

Hajj Lab sessions are capped by room. Seats are released with the agenda and go quickly.
